K2 Adventures Foundation, Inc. is a collaborative effort between Kevin Cherilla and Kristen Salcito.  Kevin has been involved in mountaineering since 1988 and has incorporated philanthropy into his mountaineering endeavors.  Kristen started her first non-profit in 1993 and her second non-profit in 2003, both of which gave back 100% of all generated funds to children and animals in need. Kristen has given back over a million dollars in the past 17 years to national charities!  Together, Kevin and Kristen have formed K2 Adventures which is a qualified 501 (c) (3) nonprofit international organization.  

The mission of K2 Adventures is to collaborate with organizations serving children with special needs by providing funds that will be used for educational enrichment as well as fulfillment through outdoor camps and activities.  The goals of K2 Adventures are to make a difference in the lives of children, not just in the United States, but the world.
