In collaboration with Results Only Fitness, we provide individuals and partner charities the opportunity to incorporate fitness and wellness into their lives.
A gym setting can be intimidating and unavailable for many individuals that feel like they don’t quite fit in. This program provides young adults facing life challenges with the opportunity to focus on their personal health, wellness and fitness in order to gain strength in body, mind and spirit.
