It’s every child’s dream to be a superhero for a day.
Think about it. How amazing would it be to ride in the Batmobile, venture inside the Batcave, and defeat the Joker? This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for children who are disabled and/or terminally ill. They can let their imaginations run wild, discover their inner hero and save the day!
Most kids wish for simple things and have the benefit of a long and healthy life to make their dreams come true. Time is of the essence for terminally ill children. K2 at the Batcave helps make their dreams a reality.
K2 Adventures Foundation developed this program in partnership with the Colten Cowell Foundation.
K2 at the Batcave is the ultimate Crime Fighting experience!
Kids begin their adventure by going to a “highly-classified” location in the Phoenix area. They gain access to the Batcave by pushing a secret button. There are sliding bookshelves, poles, elevators and stairs. During this two-hour experience, participants will get to perform missions around the Batcave, and the special child will get to ride in the Batmobile. Every participant gets to bring five of his or her best friends for an unforgettable day of adventure.
K2 at the Batcave began in 2018 and our mission is to give 150 disabled and/or terminally ill children the chance to live their dream and be a hero for a day.
